Delivery to the agreed place means that the recipient does not sign the receipt and that the courier can leave the package e.g. in front of the door, on the terrace, behind the fence, etc ..

In Slovenia we send by Pošta Slovenija, and abroad by Pošta Slovenija or GLS.

GLS Paketomati enables contactless collection of packages at 70 locations throughout Slovenia.

Delivery:

Rok Toys, d.o.o. delivers the goods ordered in the online store through the contractual partner Pošta Slovenija and GLS.

Delivery is performed by the contractor to the specified address in Slovenia.

The contractor is selected by the consignor for the delivery of the ordered goods.

The ordered products have different delivery times:

– delivery time two days – orders placed today, we ship the goods the next working day. The courier delivers the goods to you the next working day (Example: Order placed on Tuesday Delivery on Thursday).

– The product is coming: this status is for products that are not currently in stock. We will call you and agree on the exact delivery date.

You will receive an email one day before delivery. Delivery is provided by Pošta Slovenije or GLS, in most cases the next working day from the day of dispatch. Within three working days at the latest.

Delivery is made to the address specified by the user when ordering. In the event that no one is at the specified address at the time of delivery, the courier will inform you at which collection point / post office you can pick up the package.

Shipping cost:

The cost of delivery is the same for the whole of Slovenia and is a flat rate for all orders. The amount of postage is 3.5 euros. For all orders over 45 euros, postage is free. Free postage over 45 euros is valid only for delivery in Slovenia.

During special promotions, the amount of postage charged may change.

For shipments sent abroad, postage is calculated according to the price list of Pošta Slovenije or GLS. In the case of returning a shipment from abroad to Slovenia, the cost of postage is paid by the sender.

Do I have to pay a commission to Pošta Slovenija / GLS when accepting the shipment?

If you decide to pay in cash, upon receipt of the shipment (payment on delivery), you do not pay the additional costs of processing the order, but only the amount for which you placed the order. At the GLS delivery service, you can pay by cash on delivery or with a payment card.

WARNING!
On 1 April 2019, PETROL started charging additional services for the delivery of the package to the customer (€ 0.45) and the service of redemption processing (€ 1.05) to the recipients of GLS packages in all its branches.
For the service of a package without a ransom, the consumer will pay € 0.45, and for the service of a package with a ransom € 1.50. The amount applies to each individual package served.
The cost of service is valid only upon collection at PETROL service stations, in the case of direct collection from a GLS supplier or in the case of collection in other package stores, the cost is not charged!
