1. How to make a purchase in the Igrace.eu online store?
We are glad that you have decided to buy in our online store. To this end, we give you some tips to make the purchase process easier for you.
a) Product selection in the Igrace.eu online store
After reviewing the rich offer, you will find an interesting product that you might want to buy. You can immediately add the product to the shopping cart by clicking on the Add to cart button. The product or. the products you have added to your cart will appear at the top right of the drop-down list next to your shopping cart.
Clicking on the product image will give you a more detailed description of the products.
b) Putting the product in the shopping cart – ADD TO CART
You are on a more detailed description of the product, now you have also selected it and want to buy it.
Below the price of the product is a button with the inscription ADD TO CART. As soon as you click on this button, you have placed the product in your shopping cart.
If you want to continue with the selection and purchase of other products, scroll through the online store by clicking on other product groups. When you decide to buy the next product again, repeat the procedure described above.
c) Basket inspection – POSSIBILITY TO CHANGE THE QUANTITY OF AN INDIVIDUAL PRODUCT OR REMOVE THE PRODUCT FROM THE BASKET
You have placed one or more selected products in the shopping cart. If you want to see exactly which products you have chosen, go with the mouse over the Shopping Cart button – top right.
You have selected the products you want to order. In the shopping cart, the prices of individual products, the value of postage and the total value of the purchase without VAT, the value of 22% VAT and the value of the purchase, which includes 22% VAT, are written next to the products.
d) You have completed the selection of products – ENTERING PERSONAL DATA OF THE CUSTOMER
First select SEM INDIVIDUAL or SEM LEGAL ENTITY / COMPANY.
The personal data of the customer must be entered in the fields marked below.
If you have a discount code, just enter it in the field provided for this: Discount code.
In the Remarks field, enter any instructions or remarks for this order.

e) Proof of purchase
After confirming the order (by clicking on the Complete order button), your order will be displayed with your contact details, information about the selected item, prices without and with 22% VAT, postage and the final amount of payment. When you place an order, you will automatically receive a notification with the status of the order from the Pikapolonica online store to your e-mail address. This means that your order has been successfully placed in our system.
Throughout the process of processing your order, we will inform you about the status of your order:
submitted (the customer receives a message to the e-mail address that the order has been placed and accepted into the system),
in preparation (the customer receives a message to the e-mail address that the order is in preparation – we check whether the item is in stock),
no stock (if the product is not in stock, we inform the customer at his e-mail address),
delivery (the customer receives a message to his e-mail address that the shipment has been sent),
completed (status completed means that the shipment has been delivered and the invoice has been paid, the customer receives a notification with a thank you for the purchase).
2. How do I know if a product is in stock and when I will receive it?
If the product is in stock, the products will be delivered within 3 working days at the latest. When the product is not in stock, we will do our best to obtain quick information about the availability of the product or. we will inform you that the product is no longer available.
One day before delivery, you will receive an email ‘Purchase completed’. Delivery is arranged by GLS, usually the next working day from the day of dispatch, but no later than within three working days.
3. What is the shipping cost?
The cost of delivery is uniform for the whole of Slovenia and is a flat rate for all orders. The amount of postage is 3.5 euros. Postage is free for all orders over 30 euros.
4. What if I am not at home at the time of delivery?
If you are not at home at the time of delivery, the courier of GLS will leave a notice of delivery of products in your mailbox, on the basis of which you will agree on re-delivery.
5. Can I order delivery of the shipment to the service?
If you have filled in the information for the delivery of the shipment to the business address, the postal worker will hand over the package to the person authorized to pick up the shipments in the company. We recommend that you agree in advance with the person authorized to pick up the shipments in your company.
6. Do I have to pay a commission to GLS when I pick up the shipment?
